Collisions have improved in five of the seven periods, including a 60% reduction in Period 7 Although reported operational incidents have increased, this demonstrates an improving reporting culture, enabling earlier intervention and preventative action. These results reinforce that our investment in driver engagement, safety conversations, mentoring and initiatives such as the Safe KM Campaign is making a measurable difference.
